Obama took the first step last month, spurring the first construction of new nuclear plants since the Three Mile Island leak 30 years ago, by announcing $18bn in loan guarantees for two new nuclear reactors.
WAIT TILL YOU SEE HOW THIS ONE WORKS OUT!!!!!
